You may return your order within 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping to the return address provided by us. Please contact us before sending your return to receive the correct return address and instructions.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are normally completed within 1–20 business days after the return has been received, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item is damaged, used, or missing parts, the refund may be reduced accordingly.
